Understanding the ACFT
The Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) is the U.S. Army's physical fitness test designed to better assess a soldier's physical readiness for combat tasks compared to the legacy APFT.
The Six Events

Scoring System
Each event is scored out of 100 points, making the maximum possible score 600. The minimum passing score is 60 points in each event, or 360 total points. Scoring scales are adjusted based on age and gender.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I fail an event and still pass the ACFT?
No. You must achieve a minimum of 60 points in every single event to pass the test, regardless of how exceptionally you perform in the other events. These are estimates and may not reflect actual values. Always verify important calculations independently.
